Shiblee H. has over 20 years of work experience in the energy industry. In 1997, they began their career at Fluor in the role of Control Systems Engineering, providing downstream engineering consulting services for Saudi Aramco expansion projects. In 2000, they moved to Accenture as an Analyst in their Energy Practice, providing consulting services to major oil and gas operators specializing in energy risk management, system integration, project management and resource planning. In 2001, they joined Callpoint Resources as an Operations Leader. In 2007, they joined Halliburton where they held various roles including Country Manager for Bangladesh and Myanmar, Global Operations Manager, Manager of Consulting, Drilling Geomechanics Consultant and Senior Logging Geologist and Surface Data Logging Engineer. In 2020, they joined AccessESP as the Asia Pacific Rigless ESP Performance Manager. Currently, Shiblee H. is the Vice President of Operations and Director of North America Operations at Intelligent Wellhead Systems.

Shiblee H. has an extensive education history. Shiblee holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Prairie View A&M University. Shiblee has also completed Comprehensive Project Management from BlackBox Partners. Shiblee has attended Texas A&M University - Mays Business School and The George Washington University. Additionally, they have obtained a Corporate Story Telling certification from Articulus, LLC.
