Leo McNair has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Between 2008 and 2012, they worked as a Customer Service Team Lead at Gap Inc./Old Navy, overseeing daily store operations and managing a staff of 5 employees. From 2012 to 2013, they served as a Sales Representative at Advanced Diabetes Supply, making outbound sales calls and providing customer service. In 2013, they transitioned to a Customer Service Team Lead role at Jenny Craig, where they ensured call center policies and performance standards were followed and provided coaching to agents. From 2014 to 2015, Leo worked as a System Support Analyst at Curves | Jenny Craig, training staff on CRM programs and providing troubleshooting and support for enterprise applications. Leo then moved into the role of Telecom Analyst II, managing high-cost telecom projects and reducing wireless device costs. In 2017, they joined LoadSpring Solutions, Inc. as a Software Support Specialist, testing and analyzing project-based software, performing root cause analysis, and conducting training sessions for end users. Leo's most recent experience is as a Program Manager at IntelliGuard® Intelligent Inventory Solutions, where they have successfully project managed over 100 global facility installs and conducted meetings with customer executives throughout implementation. Leo has also managed site visits, support, and customer expectations.

Leo McNair obtained a Pharmacy Technician License from Kaplan College-Vista, where they studied Pharmacy Technician/Assistant from 2011 to 2012. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Vista High School from 2002 to 2006 in the field of General Studies.
