Chad Smith

Chad Smith has extensive work experience in various leadership and management roles. Chad currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Intellimed since July 2021. Before that, they held roles at SNH Capital Partners, where they worked as a Senior Engagement Leader in Business Strategy & Transformation from April 2020 to June 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Business Strategy & Transformation/Engagement Leader and Director of Business Process. Chad joined SNH Capital Partners in May 2016.

Before joining SNH Capital Partners, Chad worked at Bridgepoint Education from October 2011 to April 2016, where they held several positions, including Director of Business Process Improvement, Business Process Manager, Senior Business Process Analyst, and Business Process Analyst.

Chad's career began at Ashford University in July 2008, where they worked as a Lead Student Services Administrator until September 2010. Chad then became the Student Services Manager until October 2011.

Chad Smith graduated from San Diego State University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice Administration. Chad then pursued a Master of Business Administration degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Ashford University, completing it in 2010. In addition to their degrees, Chad also obtained a certification as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from San Diego State University. Recently, in 2022, they obtained a certification in Data Monetization Strategy: Creating Value Through Data from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
