Lilian Wang

Lilian Wang is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in human resources and strategic consulting. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at IntelliPro since December 2021, Lilian leads a talent acquisition firm known for its comprehensive recruiting services and HR solutions for diverse clients globally. Prior to this role, Lilian founded Ying Qiao Enterprise Management Consulting Firm, focusing on people strategy and HR management for medium-sized domestic enterprises from April 2017 to December 2021. Lilian's career began at Shell in July 1998 as a management trainee, where notable accomplishments included nearly two decades in various sales, marketing, and HR senior managerial roles, culminating in the position of HR Director. Lilian holds a Bachelor's degree in Information and Technology from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
