Rowan Freeman

Rowan Freeman is an experienced professional with a diverse work history. In 2021, they became the Head of Product for the Asia-Pacific region at Intellischool. From 2018 to 2021, they were the Head of Learning and Technology Consulting at Reflex Technology Group (RTG). From 2014 to 2018, they were the Director of Learning Design, Aus at Keypath Education Australia, where they worked with multiple universities to develop a comprehensive approach to launching online Masters degrees. From 2012 to 2014, they were a Learning Designer at Swinburne Online. From 2009 to 2012, they were a Leading Teacher: eLearning and Reporting at the Department of Education and Early Childhood Development, Victoria, Australia. From 2004 to 2009, they were an English/ESL Teacher at the Department of Education and Early Childhood Learning, Victoria, Australia. From 2010 to present, they have been a Sessional Instructor at the University of Melbourne, where they have tutored the class 'Second Language Assessment' and developed and delivered content and assessed online forums.

Rowan Freeman has an educational background spanning from 2001 to the present. In 2001, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) / Bachelor of Teaching from Deakin University in English Language and Literature, General. Rowan then went on to earn a Master's degree from the same university in Literacy and Language Learning in 2008. In 2010, they began a Doctor of Education - EdD program at the University of Melbourne, which they have yet to complete. Most recently, in 2020, Rowan earned a Graduate Certificate of Analytics from UNSW in Information Systems.
