Doug Fabian has worked in various roles in the sales industry since 2002. Doug began their career as a Product Specialist at Best Buy, where they were part of a team that consistently ranked in the top 10% in total sales, margin, and customer service. In 2006, they joined Insights (now Crump Insurance Services) as an Inside Sales Representative, where they and their team accounted for over $3 million in company revenue and over $66 million in value created for clients. In 2011, Doug began working at Verizon Connect as a Senior Business Development Manager, Senior Regional Account Manager, and Product Specialist. During their time there, they were a top-performing sales rep, winning multiple sales achievement and recognition awards on a monthly and yearly basis. Doug also developed, mentored, and trained reps to increase performance. In 2020, Doug moved to Uptake as an Account Executive- Fleet/Transportation and then to Spireon as a Senior Director- New Business-Mid Market, Enterprise, & Strategic. In this role, they were tasked with help building out and expanding the Mid Market, Strategic, and Enterprise Segments, and they exceeded target and ramped up in under a month. In 2022, Doug began working at IntelliShift as a Mid Market Account Executive and at Idelic as an Account Executive Mid Market.
Doug Fabian attended Bowling Green State University from 1999 to 2004, earning a BS in Education with a focus in Business & Marketing Education, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Education.
