Erin Gilchrist Rugg has over 25 years of experience in the transportation and logistics industry. In 2022, they began their current role as VP Fleet Evangelism at IntelliShift. Prior to this, they were Senior Vice President Marketing & Business Development at TRANSPORT SOLUTIONS OF AMERICA from 2020. From 2004 to 2020, they were Director of Fleet Operations at Safelite AutoGlass, where they held direct responsibility for all operations of a high-profile Fleet of 8,200+ vehicles and an annual operating budget of $80M+, driving strategic vision, organizational effectiveness, and P&L management. From 1996 to 2004, they were Logistics Supervisor at Limited Brands, where they ensured proper oversight of supply chain logistics and distribution including inbound and outbound transportation for high profile company brands.
