Scott Lawrence has had a long and varied career in customer service. Scott began their career in 1997 at Teletrac Inc as a Business Development Manager and Northeast Region Customer Service Manager. In 2012, they joined Rand McNally as a Field Customer Service Specialist, Manager of Customer Experience, and Senior Manager of Field Service. From 2015 to 2021, they worked at SmartDrive Systems as a Customer Success Program Manager. Scott currently serves as the Customer Success Director of Strategic Accounts at IntelliShift.
Scott Lawrence attended the Computer Learning Center from 1995 to 1997, where they earned a degree in Computer Network Systems with a focus in Computer Networks. Scott also attended Niles North High School.
