Timothy Minotti has a diverse work experience spanning various companies and roles. Timothy started their career as a Sales Intern at ADP in 2013. Timothy then worked as a Marketing Assistant and Pardot Administrator at OpenLink Financial, where they utilized Pardot Lead Scoring and Email Campaigns to manage marketing efforts.
Timothy then joined PARS International Corp. as a Salesforce Administrator and Marketing and Sales Operations Coordinator from 2015 to 2016. Timothy later served as a Salesforce Administrator on a contract basis at Kaltura in 2016.
In 2017, Timothy took on roles as a Salesforce Consultant/Business Analyst (Contract) at Eleven James and as a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst (Contract) at PARS International Corp.
In 2018, Timothy worked as a Senior Salesforce Administrator (Contract) at Snap Inc., initially on a 6-month contract to revamp their marketing automation program and reconfigure their Pardot instance. Timothy'scontract was eventually extended for another 6 months due to the success of their marketing automation campaigns. Timothy also created relevant Salesforce Tableau Dashboard Suite that provided granular email analytics impacting revenue and viewed by C-Level executives.
Timothy then became a Principal at Minotti Solutions in 2016. Currently, they hold the position of Director of CRM at IntelliShift, starting in 2023.
Timothy Minotti obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Marketing from the State University of New York at Oswego. In addition, they have obtained the Pardot Specialist certification from Pardot in April 2017 and the ADM 201, Salesforce Certified Administrator certification from Salesforce in March 2016.
