Sonal Agarwal Bali has a diverse work experience in various industries and roles. Sonal is currently the Chief Financial Officer at Intello Labs, an agritech start-up that uses AI, ML, and computer vision to digitize the quality assessment of fresh fruits, vegetables, and spices. Sonal is also an Independent Director at Jindal Poly Films Limited and Universus Photo Imaging Limited. Sonal is an Investor & Finance Committee member at Ezyschooling.com and a Co-Founder and Advisor at Meteor Venture, an accelerator and investor network. Sonal previously founded Diligent Consulting and held multiple positions at Srei, OYO Rooms, Halonix Technologies Pvt. Limited, and Genascis India.

Sonal Agarwal Bali pursued their education at the University of Lucknow, where they obtained a B.com degree in commerce from 1994 to 1996. Subsequently, they attended The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India from 1995 to 1998, where they earned the qualification of a Chartered Accountant. Additionally, in 2022, they acquired an Independent Director certification from the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs.
