Malcolm Jukes has extensive work experience in the field of technical support and software development. Malcolm currently serves as a Technical Support Manager at Intellum since September 2019. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of Support at Appitierre Ltd from May 2016 to January 2023. Malcolm also had a long tenure at Bond International Software (UK) Ltd, where they held multiple roles.
