Donna Reed is an experienced executive with a strong background in customer success and account management, currently serving as the Chief Revenue Officer at InteLogix. Previously held the position of Global Executive Leader for CX Channel Partnerships in New Product Bookings at Cisco, and served as Vice President for Global Customer Success & Account Management at ServiceSource. Donna also held key leadership roles at NTT DATA Services, including Vice President for Western Americas & National Accounts focused on Healthcare Payer and Managing Director for the Americas in the Health Plan Vertical at NTT Data, Inc.
