Miguel Schettini

Miguel Schettini is a seasoned operations leader with extensive experience in managing large-scale call center operations across Central America. Currently serving as Country Manager at InteLogix since February 2023, Miguel previously held the position of Vice President of Operations at STARTEK from December 2019 to October 2022, overseeing operations for approximately 3,100 employees across multiple facilities in Honduras. Miguel has also served in significant roles at Concentrix and Convergys, where responsibilities included managing diverse client portfolios and driving operational excellence in customer service and technical support. Prior to these roles, Miguel gained valuable expertise at Stream Global Services and Dell, focusing on capacity management and quality assurance. Miguel holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Bircham International University and has a similar qualification from the International Business Management Institute.
