Carl Cagle

Carl Cagle is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in telecommunications and systems development. Currently serving as a Principal Systems Development Engineer at Intelsat since September 2016, Cagle plays a vital role in the Globalized Network, focusing on enhancing communication capabilities. Cagle previously held the position of Project Manager/Systems Engineer at SPAWAR Systems Center Charleston from March 2009 to September 2016, where responsibilities included advanced encoding implementation and conceptual architecture development. Before that, Cagle worked as a Telecommunications Specialist at both US Army CERDEC Joint Satellite Engineering Center and BAE Systems, and as a Field Service Engineer at Rockwell International. Cagle’s early career included serving as a HF Communications System Installation, Operations, and Maintenance specialist in the U.S. Marine Corps.
