Peter Fedders

Peter Fedders is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in internal communications and employee engagement. Currently serving as the Employee Communications Manager at Intelsat since March 2023, Peter leads the internal communications strategy to enhance corporate culture and engage employees. Prior to this role, Peter worked at TCG from June 2016 to February 2023 as an Employee Happiness Associate, where responsibilities included driving employee engagement initiatives and collaborating with executives on communication strategies. Peter’s earlier career includes a decade at Discovery Communications, culminating in a managerial position overseeing broadcast operations for multiple networks. Peter's career began at KEYT-TV as a Master Control Supervisor. Peter holds a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Communications from Elon University.
