Sheilah Quintana

Sheilah Quintana is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software testing and automation. Currently serving as the Director of Software Test & Automation at Intelsat since January 2021, Sheilah previously held key roles at Whirlpool Corporation, including Test Strategist and Software V&V Leader, where leadership of software validation activities supported significant annual sales. Roles at Whirlpool also included leading mechanical and UX engineering teams and overseeing product portfolios. With a substantial background at Motorola Solutions in various engineering and managerial positions, including Principal Staff Engineer and Development Engineering Manager, Sheilah demonstrated expertise in system design, implementation, and validation across a range of products. Early career experience included testing roles at Abbott. Sheilah holds a Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Certificate in Organizational Development & Change Management from Benedictine University, further enhanced by a professional development program with WOMEN Unlimited.
