Kerry Sirkka

Kerry Sirkka serves as the Chief Delivery Officer at IntelyCare since June 2023, and is a Board Member at Elite365 since March 2022. Previously, Sirkka held the position of Head of Caregiver Experience at TheKey from March 2022 to June 2023, and worked at AMN Healthcare for two decades, culminating in the role of Head of Credentialing Quality Solutions and Senior Vice President and General Manager of Local and International Staffing Solutions. During tenure at AMN, Sirkka led a transformation of the organization’s staffing model and launched a digital staffing app. Earlier career experience includes serving as Marketing and Sales Manager at Gateway, Inc., and Associate Software Engineer at SITEL Media and Technology. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a High School Diploma from Boylan.
