Isabella Santoro

Isabella Santoro's work experience includes various roles in project management, graphic design, and user experience coordination. Isabella currently works as a Project Manager at intelygenz, starting in 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Team Leader - Project Manager at Telecoming from 2016 to 2022, where they managed project roadmaps, coordinated payment integrations, and reported project statuses to company management. Isabella also worked as an Operations Project Manager & Country Specialist at Telecoming from 2018 to 2021, an Operations Project Manager from 2017 to 2018, and a UX - Project Manager from 2016 to 2017.

Before their time at Telecoming, Isabella worked as a UX Coordinator at Telefónica Venezuela from 2015 to 2016, where they coordinated user experience projects and developed action plans in collaboration with marketing and technology teams. Isabella also gained experience as a Graphic Designer at DECOlores in 2015, EF Education First in 2014, Panera DELI c.a Local gourmet food from 2011 to 2014, Habitat Creativo in 2013, and Intech Solutions Investments LTD in 2012.

Isabella's early career included a role as a Sales Consultant at Pronovias from 2013 to 2014, where they gained experience in client service and sales.

Isabella Santoro completed their education in a chronological manner. Isabella started their education in 2008, attending Instituto de diseño de Caracas, where they earned a degree in Graphic Design in 2012. In 2013, they attended ISI English language school in Dublin, Ireland, to obtain an English Advanced certification. Later, in 2016, they enrolled at CESMA Business School and completed a Master's degree in Business Management and Marketing in 2017.

In addition to their formal education, Isabella has also obtained various certifications. In 2015, they earned a certification in Management in Social Media from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello. Furthermore, they have received certifications in Fundamentos de Gestión de Proyectos from Platzi, Estrategias de servicios: calidad y orientación al cliente from GRUPO EMPRESARIAL DE SERVICIOS, Curso de Oratoria y hablar en público from Platzi, and Productividad personal from Google Actívate, all in 2020.
