Lolita Pfeffer

Lolita Pfeffer, PMP, CSM, and CSPO, has extensive experience in product ownership and business analysis within government and corporate sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Product Owner at IntePros Federal, Lolita leads the Agile development of a new case management system for the EOIR Courts & Appeals System, focusing on transitioning to electronic record-keeping. Previously, Lolita held similar roles at Citizant and Integrated Systems, Inc., contributing to the successful implementation of electronic filing applications and the development of an Enterprise Case Management System for the IRS. With a background in strategic planning and systems analysis from various organizations, including Beretta USA and MCI Telecommunications, Lolita utilizes expertise in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies to deliver effective solutions. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from Marquette University.
