Vy Lâm

Vy Lâm has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. They started their career as a Teaching Assistant at VUS English Centre, where they assisted teachers in class and took care of young students. They then joined Amaris as a Junior Project Manager, later transitioning to a Project Manager role and contributing to internal ERP systems. In their role as a Senior Project Manager, Vy Lâm coached and guided junior project managers while ensuring their overall job satisfaction. Vy Lâm also worked as a Data Project Manager at Numberly (1000mercis Group), where they conducted necessary studies, communicated with the business and data teams, and managed project progress. They briefly worked as a Guest Lecturer at RMIT University Vietnam and currently hold the position of Data Project Manager/Product Owner at Rise Up.

Vy Lâm obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Information System from RMIT University Vietnam between 2014 and 2017. Prior to that, from 2011 to 2014, Vy attended Tran Dai Nghia High School for the Gifted, where they pursued an English Major. Subsequently, Vy pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Big Data and Business Analytics from ESCP Business School from 2018 to 2020. In 2022, Vy completed a Product Management Certificate program at Product School, specializing in Product Management.

Additionally, Vy has obtained various certifications, including a Product Manager Certificate from Product School in April 2022, a Datorama Implementation Specialist certification from Datorama, a Salesforce Company in September 2021, and a Facebook Certified Marketing Developer certification from Facebook in August 2020.
