Omayra Caraballo Pagán

Omayra Caraballo Pagán is a distinguished academic professional currently serving as a Professor in Instructional Technology and Distance Education at the Inter American University of Puerto Rico - Ponce Campus since August 2022. Prior to this role, Omayra held the position of Associate Vice President of Online Education at Inter American University from September 2019 to August 2022, and served as the Associate Dean of Academic Affairs - Distance Learning at the same institution from April 1990 to September 2019. Omayra earned a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Instructional Technology and Distance Education from Nova Southeastern University between 2007 and 2010.
