Iago Moura

Iago Moura serves as the Executive Tech Manager for Digital Products, CRM, and GenAI at Inter since December 2019, overseeing a team of over 60 professionals responsible for CRM and Customer Intelligence in Brazil and the United States. Iago has held several leadership roles in technology management, focusing on CRM systems such as Salesforce and Dynamics 365, as well as generative AI technologies. Prior experience includes roles as Product Manager at CRM Educacional, Tech Lead at STATUM Geotecnia, and multiple developer positions at various companies. Iago holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems and a postgraduate specialization in Software Architecture from PUC Minas.
