Rafael Leles

Rafael Leles is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software development and system analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Tech Manager at Inter since June 2018, Rafael has taken on various roles, including Information Technology Coordinator, Tech Lead, and Senior Systems Analyst, focusing on backend development using Java to create RESTful microservices while adhering to clean code practices. Prior to joining Inter, Rafael worked at Unisys from May 2013 to June 2018, where involvement in large-scale software projects included expertise in various technologies such as Java, JavaScript, and database management systems. Rafael began their career at Avanco Informática as a software developer from March 2011 to April 2013, specializing in web systems development.
