Daniel Perez

Daniel Perez, PHR has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Daniel is currently serving as the Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition at Inter-Con Security Systems, Inc. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of Talent Acquisition at California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, where they oversaw staff recruitments and led the Compensation and Classification Department.

Before that, Daniel held the position of Director of Recruiting- Southwest Region at Allied Universal, where they led a team of recruiters and support staff and implemented strategies to meet recruiting needs. Daniel also worked as the Talent Acquisition at Firefighters First Credit Union, where they were responsible for recruiting professionals to support company growth and strategy.

Earlier in their career, Daniel served as the National Recruiting Operations Manager and Regional Recruiting Manager at Farmers Insurance Expansion Market Operations, where they developed and executed recruitment strategies for expansion territories.

Daniel's work experience also includes roles at Kinecta Federal Credit Union as a Personal Financial Banker and at Wells Fargo as a Banker.
