Dan Johnston

Dan Johnston, P.Eng., is an experienced integrity engineer with a background in pipeline integrity and operations. Currently serving as an Integrity Engineer at Inter Pipeline since November 2022, Dan has previously held roles as an Operations Engineer-in-Training at Bighorn Energy Corporation and as a Pipeline Integrity Engineering Intern at TC Energy. Dan's expertise includes incident response for natural gas pipeline incidents, the development of incident response processes, and conducting root-cause analysis investigations. Dan also has experience in engineering assessments for integrity digs and managing integrity field data reports. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering with a specialization in Mechanical Engineering and a minor in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Calgary.
