Brittany Kieler has a diverse work experience in the arts and education field. Brittany started their career as an Artist Coordinator Intern at ArtWall Online in 2009. Brittany later worked as an Art Program Leader at Madison Schools and Community Recreation in 2011 and as an Instructor at Rhapsody Arts Center in 2010. In 2012, they served as an Education Manager at RedLine Milwaukee and as an Art Gallery Curator/Intern at Madison Children's Museum. From 2013 to 2015, they held multiple roles at Milwaukee Art Museum, including Youth and Family Programs Assistant and Administrative Receptionist. Brittany then became a Digital Collections Assistant at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2010 to 2012. Brittany Kieler joined the University of Minnesota's Department of Art in 2015 as an Instructor of Record and a Graduate Teaching Assistant & Digital Fabrication Technician until 2018. In 2018, they joined Interact Center for the Visual and Performing Arts as a Gallery Archivist and Collections Manager, and later became the Gallery Director in 2019. Brittany also worked briefly as a Lecturer in Drawing, Painting, & Printmaking at the University of Minnesota in 2020.
Brittany Kieler pursued their education in the field of Fine Arts and Printmaking. From 2008 to 2012, they attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison and earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) degree. Later on, they went on to pursue a Master's Degree at the University of Minnesota from 2015 to 2018, specializing in Fine Art/Printmaking and Museum Studies.
