Margarita Guzelienė

Margarita Guzelienė has extensive experience in the field of software testing and business analysis. Margarita began their career as a Software Tester at UAB Insoft in 2011 and worked there until 2014. In this role, they were responsible for test case preparation, user acceptance testing, manual and automated regression testing, defect tracking, and performance testing. Margarita also had experience in business process analysis, process modeling, requirement analysis, and technical specification preparation.

After their time at UAB Insoft, Margarita joined SPP as a Business Analyst/Test Analyst. Their responsibilities included business process analysis, process modeling with BPMN, requirement analysis and specification, UI design, and software testing. During their tenure at SPP, they gained experience in test case analysis and design, user acceptance testing, manual testing, integration testing, defect management, and front-end and back-end testing.

In 2017, Margarita joined Cognizant as a Senior Test Analyst, where they primarily focused on manual and automated testing. Later in the same year, they joined Danske Bank as a Senior Test Analyst, Test Coordinator, and eventually as a Principal Test Manager. Their roles at Danske Bank included managing tests, coordinating test activities, and leading the quality assurance process.

In 2020, Margarita joined Baltic Amadeus as a Test Manager, where they were responsible for managing the testing process. Later that year, they joined Interactio as the Head of QA.

Margarita Guzelienė obtained their Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Vilnius University, attending from 2008 to 2012. In addition to their degree, they have earned several certifications including ISTQB - BCS Certified Tester (2012), Advanced Level: Test Analyst from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT in April 2017, ISTQB-BCS Certified Tester Foundation Level from the same institution in September 2012, and OMG-Certified expert in BPMN2 (OCEB 2) – Fundament Level from OMG in October 2015.
