Thelma Mercedes Gutierrez has worked in a variety of roles since 1999. Thelma Mercedes began their career as an Events Coordinator and VIP Events & Celebrity Promotions Manager for US Concepts. In 2004, they acted as Casting for the second season of Big Brother at Our House Productions. In 2005, they became an Acting Coach at Hollywood Land Film Institute. In 2007, they became the Owner/CEO of TMG Enterprises, now TeeMGeeZ Ent. In 2008, they became an Independent Business Owner and CEO of TeeMGeeZ Enterprises, a boutique agency that specializes in facilitating talent connections. Thelma Mercedes also became a Wine Specialist & Direct Marketing Sales Rep for Drink Specialties, Inc., a division of Premium Blend. In 2008, they also acted as an Actor on Law & Order and 3 LBS. In 2009, they became an Elite Sales Brand Ambassador/ Marketing and Promotional Adviser for Interactions Marketing and a TV Casting Producer -Writer & Location Scout for Pavlish Group. Thelma Mercedes also acted as Casting Associate Producer for Make me a Super Model 2 for Bravo TV, Tiger Aspects, and IMG.

Thelma Mercedes Gutierrez has an education history that includes a Bachelor of Arts and Science degree in Theater Production and Broadcast Journalism from Florida International University in 1996, an Associate in Arts degree in Communications from Miami Dade College in 1993, and education from Essrig Elementary. Additionally, they are a Member of SAG-AFTRA Actor's Union from 2000.
