Mary Clermont has a diverse background in human resources and leadership roles. Mary currently serves as the Chief People Officer at Interactions LLC, focusing on enhancing the employee experience. With previous experience at Fidelity Investments, Putnam Investments, and Pizza Hut, Mary has led strategic talent programs, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and recruitment strategies. Prior to their corporate career, Mary served as a Captain in the United States Army, where Mary was responsible for logistics and maintenance teams. Mary holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
