Lakshmi Dhatrika

Lakshmi Dhatrika is an experienced software development manager with a focus on CRM applications. Since February 2015, Lakshmi has been with Interactive Brokers, where a proprietary CRM web application was designed and developed to assist advisors and brokers in managing contacts and client interactions. Prior to this role, Lakshmi served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the Illinois Institute of Technology, supporting students and evaluating coursework. Lakshmi's earlier experience includes a significant tenure at The D. E. Shaw Group from July 2006 to December 2013, where roles ranged from Project Leader overseeing the development and rollout of an in-house CRM system to Senior Member in Information Technology, responsible for maintaining critical applications and mentoring staff. Lakshmi holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from the Illinois Institute of Technology and a B-Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Warangal.
