Kirk Jesser began their career in 1991 as a Telemarketing Sales Supervisor at Potpourri Shoppers, Inc./Harte Hanks Direct Marketing. In 1993, they moved to Pacific Pizza Company as an Assistant Manager. In 1994, they joined Nationwide Insurance as a Lead Sales Agent and Call Center Telephony Manager, where they managed the call routing and IVR systems for Nationwide's call centers. In 1999, they became the Channel Sales Manager at Interactive Northwest, Inc., a company that provides custom communication solutions built upon leading interactive voice response (IVR) and telephony platforms.
Kirk Jesser attended San Jose State University from 1987 to 1991, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising.
