Sabrina Luciana B. has a diverse work experience in the field of risk management and processes. Sabrina Luciana began their career as a Risk Management & Processes Senior Consultant at PwC, where they specialized in designing and mapping business processes for various projects. Sabrina Luciana then worked at Banelco as a Senior Risk Analyst, where they implemented risk management strategies and analyzed process risks.

Afterwards, Sabrina joined YPF SA as a Coordinator of Risk and Processes, where they played a key role in establishing the Enterprise Risk Management department. Sabrina Luciana conducted process assessments, designed policies, and developed procedures for the company.

Sabrina further enhanced their expertise in risk and process management by working as a Risk & Process Manager for the Buenos Aires Youth Olympic Games 2018. Sabrina Luciana was responsible for the start-up of the department, designing processes for pre, during, and post-games activities, and creating policies, procedures, and contingency plans.

Following their experience with the Youth Olympics, Sabrina joined Trenes Argentinos Infraestructura as a Risk Manager. Sabrina Luciana played a crucial role in developing the risk management area, implementing risk management policies and methodologies, and designing and implementing the company's risk matrix.

Currently, Sabrina holds the position of Head of Risk & Process at Interbanking. Sabrina Luciana'sresponsibilities include developing the corporate risk framework, implementing an agile risk framework for development projects, and fostering a risk culture within the company.

Sabrina Luciana B. began their education journey in 2000 at the University of Buenos Aires, where they pursued a degree in Administration and graduated in 2006. After a gap in their education, they returned to pursue another degree in Psychology at the Universidad de Palermo from 2016 to 2020. In 2021, Sabrina completed a course in Design Thinking at the Instituto Europeo de Posgrado - IEP. Sabrina Luciana also obtained a Six Sigma Yellow Belt Professional certification from 6Sigma Study during an unspecified time. In the same year, they pursued further professional development by completing a Scrum Master certification program offered by Scrum Inc, followed by an Agile Coach certification from the International Coach Federation. In 2022, Sabrina enrolled in the Digital Leader Program at Estudio Lotch. Sabrina Luciana is currently pursuing a Diplomatura en Gestión por Procesos de Negocio - BPM at the Centro de e-Learning UTN FRBA, specializing in the fields of business, management, marketing, and related disciplines.
