Kaitlyn Farrar

Kaitlyn Farrar is an experienced professional currently serving as the HR Manager and Regulatory Analyst at InterBel Telephone Cooperative Inc. since January 2023, where responsibilities include managing human resources and administering company benefits. Previously, Kaitlyn worked as a Health Insurance Navigator at the Montana Primary Care Association, connecting vulnerable populations to affordable health care options and conducting community outreach. Kaitlyn also has experience at Flathead Electric Cooperative, Inc. as a Distribution Designer and Member Services Representative, overseeing electrical construction projects and assisting members with service inquiries.
