JL Cilento has extensive experience in finance and leadership roles. They served as the Chief Financial Officer at InterCambio Express, Inc. from March 2020 to the present, where they were responsible for strategy definition, P&L, and overseeing various departments. Prior to that, from January 2019 to February 2020, JL Cilento was the President & CEO for Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean at Mundipharma. They also served as the CFO for LATAM at Mundipharma from March 2017 to December 2018, where they managed profit and loss and led a team of 10. Before joining Mundipharma, JL Cilento held the positions of Global Vice President, Internal Audit and Vice President, CFO & COO at Kemin Industries from June 2010 to February 2017. Furthermore, they served as the CFO at Mustad USA from January 2000 to May 2010, where they directed financial operations and identified business and operational risks. Prior to that, JL Cilento gained foundational experience as a Finance Manager at Mustad Hoofcare in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

JL Cilento has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Finance from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management. Additionally, they hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the Universidade Católica de Petrópolis. Furthermore, JL Cilento has completed an executive education program in Strategies for Profitable Growth from the Harvard Business School.
