Chris Payne

Chris Payne has over 25 years of experience in software development, currently serving as Developer III at Intercare Insurance Services since May 2004. In this role, Chris leads teams of 2 to 8 developers, designing and maintaining enterprise applications using technologies such as VB6, C# 2017, and SQL Server from 2000 to 2016. Previous experience includes a Developer position at EBC, specializing in web development and automation, and a contractor role at Best Consulting, where Chris developed applications for the County of Sacramento. Additional development work includes contributions at the County of Sacramento's Office of Communications & Information Technology, Hewlett-Packard, and Apple. Chris holds education credentials from California State University-Sacramento, Sierra College, and Portland Community College.
