Brett Warren has a diverse work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Brett started their career as a Research Assistant at Boston Biomedical Research Institute, where they conducted research in neurobiology. Brett then worked as a Pharmaceutical Representative at Schwarz Pharma, where they introduced cardiovascular and women's health medications to various healthcare settings.
After that, Brett joined Roche Pharmaceuticals as an Acute Care Specialist, promoting and launching cardiovascular, anti-obesity, and anti-viral therapies in the Greater Boston area. Brett also managed IV antibiotic contracts with multiple hospitals and covered Infectious Disease, Pulmonologists, Emergency Departments, and Pharmacy.
Brett later joined Genentech as a Senior Clinical Specialist, where they played a key role in launching HCV pegylated interferon therapy in the Boston North and Nashua markets. Brett managed a territory that included prestigious hospitals and medical centers and established HCV clinics in suboxone clinics, medical offices, and community health centers.
In 2014, Brett joined AbbVie as a Hepatology Sales Specialist, responsible for launching the triple therapy for Hepatitis C in the Boston area. Their territory covered a wide range of customers in gastroenterology, infectious disease, addiction medicine, internal medicine, and specialty pharmacies.
Currently, Brett is working at Intercept Pharmaceuticals as a Territory Business Manager. Brett successfully launched a new medication in the rare liver disease market and also serves as the region's field-based trainer for Territory Business Managers.
Brett Warren attended the University of Maine from 1989 to 1993, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Zoology/Animal Biology.
