Megan Throngard

Megan Throngard is an experienced benefits professional currently serving as a Benefits Coordinator at InterChange Group, Inc., since May 2021. In this role, Megan administers comprehensive benefit programs and ensures regulatory compliance. Prior to InterChange, Megan held various positions at LD&B Insurance and Financial Services for over 14 years, culminating in the role of COBRA Operations Manager, where responsibilities included supervising staff, developing operational plans, and maintaining knowledge of COBRA laws. Earlier experience includes roles in flexible benefits administration, where Megan managed a range of client accounts, and Walmart, where management of pharmacy and cosmetics departments was executed. Megan holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Eastern Mennonite University.
