Mina Romel

Mina Romel is a seasoned Senior Human Resources Specialist with extensive experience in compensation management and employee benefits. Currently at Intercom Enterprises since August 2023, Mina oversees the monthly payroll process and updates payroll systems. Prior to this role, Mina worked at Interact Technology Solutions from January 2019 to July 2023, where responsibilities included calculating employee commissions and managing payroll inquiries. At Armanious Group EVA, Mina contributed to developing benefits plans and maintaining employee data accuracy on the Oracle system. Experience also includes serving as HR Application Consultant Supervisor at HITS Solutions and volunteering as an Office Administrator at Better World Foundation. Mina holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Ain Shams University, obtained in July 2012.
