Joanna Vass

Joanna Vass has extensive work experience in the field of product design and interaction design. Joanna is currently employed as a Staff Product Designer at Intercom since January 2022. Prior to this role, Joanna worked as a Product Design Lead at FARFETCH from January 2020 to January 2022 and as a Senior Product Designer at FARFETCH from April 2018 to December 2019. Before joining FARFETCH, they served as a Senior UI/UX Designer at Voyanta from November 2016 to April 2018 and as an Interaction Designer at BlueDot from August 2014 to November 2016. Joanna's career began at the Inclusive Design Research Centre, where they held roles as an Interaction Designer from October 2012 to August 2014 and as a Junior Designer from October 2011 to October 2012.

Joanna Vass holds a Bachelor's Degree in Design from OCAD University. Additionally, in 2019, they obtained a CORe Credential of Readiness from Harvard Business School Online.
