Customer Support Specialist Tier 2 at Intercom

Lisa McMahon's work experience includes a variety of customer support and service roles, as well as teaching and administrative positions. Lisa started their career as a Retail Assistant at TK Maxx in 2012, where they focused on meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service. In 2013, they worked as an Administrator at the University of Limerick, managing reception and maintaining department databases. From 2014 to 2016, Lisa worked as a Customer Service and Checkout Operator at Dunnes Stores, where they handled customer inquiries and operated the store phone line.

Lisa then worked as a Front Desk Receptionist at the National Treasury Management Agency from 2016 to 2018, where they managed inbound calls and emails for multiple agencies and ensured an excellent visitor experience. In 2019, Lisa transitioned to the education sector as an English Teacher at Just Kids Learning Place, where they created an engaging learning environment for students aged 2-5 years.

Lisa moved back to customer support roles in 2020, joining Concentrix as a Customer Support Specialist, and later joining Intercom in 2021 as a Customer Support Specialist Tier 2. Throughout their roles, Lisa has demonstrated strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in diverse settings.

Lisa McMahon earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Sociology and French Language and Literature from the University of Limerick, where they studied from 2011 to 2015. In 2013 to 2014, they participated in the Erasmus Programme at the Université d'Angers, focusing on language, literature, and foreign cultures. Additionally, Lisa holds a certification in European Computer Driving License from the European Computer Driving Licence Foundation Limited.
