Mariah B. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Mariah began their career at Augustana College as a Student Worker from August 2011 to May 2014. Mariah then worked as a Community Manager at Pear (formerly Apparel Media Group) from December 2014 to January 2017, and also served as a Market Research Contractor there from June 2014 to December 2014.

In 2017, Mariah took on various roles at different companies. Mariah worked as a Customer Experience Manager at AdaptiGroup LLC from March 2017 to August 2017. Following that, they joined NovaCare Rehabilitation as a Patient Service Specialist from October 2017 to September 2019. During the same period, they also worked as an Aerial Fitness Instructor at AIR® Aerial Fitness from September 2017 to October 2019.

From September 2019 to July 2021, Mariah worked as a Member Support Coordinator at NCSA Next College Student Athlete. Currently, they are employed at Intercom as a Customer Support Specialist, starting from July 2021.

Mariah B. obtained a Master's degree in Sports, Fitness, and Recreation Leadership from DePaul University, where they studied from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they attended Augustana College from 2010 to 2014 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Administration, with a focus on Marketing.
