Max Klimmek

Max Klimmek is an experienced sales and customer success leader with a strong background in managing teams and driving growth across various regions and industries. Currently serving as Senior Sales Manager for SMB at Intercom since February 2017, Max oversees the account management team for the EMEA region and previously led the SMB account executive team for new business across Continental Europe. With a proven track record of 140% average attainment in FY22 and recognition in the Presidents Club for the same year, Max has also played a pivotal role in building the global Customer Success organization at Intercom. Prior to Intercom, Max co-founded Actionbooker, where responsibilities included go-to-market strategy and product design, and held positions at Popdeem, SAP, University College Dublin, and Smurfit Kappa Group, demonstrating diverse expertise in product management, enterprise support, and education. Max holds an Honours Degree in IT Management from Technological University Dublin.
