Miguel Teixeira

Miguel Teixeira has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Miguel started their career as an IT Consultant from 1991 to 1995. Following that, they worked as a Systems Administrator and User Support at the Portuguese Ministry of Agriculture from 1995 to 1996. Afterward, Miguel worked as an IT Service Manager and Systems Architect at Europeia-Winterthur Insurance until 1999.

In 1999, Miguel joined Microsoft as a Senior Enterprise Consultant Architect in the Microsoft Consulting Services division. Miguel held this position until 2003. During their time at Microsoft, Miguel also served as a Server & Tools Solutions Product Marketing Manager and later as a Unified Communications Solutions Product Marketing Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for planning, developing, and executing local marketing strategies and programs to drive awareness and demand generation.

In 2010, Miguel became an Enterprise Marketing Lead at Microsoft, where they were in charge of developing and managing the local enterprise marketing strategy and plans. Miguel also worked as a Central Marketing & Enterprise Marketing Lead from 2014 to 2015, being responsible for the planning, development, and execution of marketing strategies and programs.

From 2016 to 2020, Miguel worked at Oracle as a Customer Experience Senior Solution Engineer, focusing on providing solutions for customer experience. Miguel then joined Intercom in 2020 as a Sales Engineer, before being promoted to Senior Sales Engineer in November 2021.

Miguel's experience showcases their expertise in IT consulting, marketing, sales engineering, and customer experience solutions. Their roles have involved strategic planning, executing marketing strategies, managing relationships with C-level audiences, and supporting sales teams.

Miguel Teixeira attended Instituto Superior de Novas Profissões from 1992 to 1996, where they earned a degree in Information Technology with a focus on Business Management, Marketing, and Computer Science. Miguel obtained the title of Dr upon completion of their studies.
