Patrick Andrews

Patrick Andrews has a diverse work experience in the product management field. Patrick is currently serving as the Director of Product Management at Intercom since November 2021. Prior to this, they held various positions at Intercom, including Senior Group Product Manager, Group Product Manager, Senior Product Manager, and Product Manager.

Before joining Intercom, Patrick co-founded Planet App and worked as a Co-Founder from May 2016 to October 2017. Patrick also served as a Product Lead at Osper from November 2015 to May 2016.

Patrick's earlier experience includes working as a Product Manager at OVO Energy, where they successfully launched and scaled the Smart Prepay Energy Product. Patrick joined OVO Energy in September 2014 and served until November 2015.

Patrick started their career at Enternships, where they worked as a Product Manager from March 2013 to September 2014. Prior to that, they worked as a Marketing Executive at Enternships from May 2012 to March 2013.

Throughout their career, Patrick Andrews has demonstrated strong skills in product management, including launching and scaling new products, and has received recognition in the form of press coverage for their achievements.

From 2008 to 2012, Patrick Andrews attended Newcastle University, where they pursued a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Civil and Structural Engineering.
