Seán O'Connor started their work experience as a waiter at Porterhouse Brew Co. from April 2017 to March 2018. Seán then took on the role of a supervisor at the same company from March 2018 to April 2019. After that, Seán worked as a supervisor at Zizzi Restaurants from April 2019 to November 2021. In 2021, they joined CareerFoundry as a UX Designer, where their responsibilities included creating user experience designs, conducting user interviews and usability testing, and refining User Interface designs. Currently, Seán is working at Intercom as a Customer Support Specialist, starting in March 2023.

Seán O'Connor pursued higher education from 2014 to 2016 at University College Dublin, where they completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology. Prior to that, from 2009 to 2014, they attended St. Nathys, but no specific degree or field of study is mentioned.
