Marina Belyaeva

Marina Belyaeva is an experienced Project Manager at Intercomp, with a career spanning from February 1997 to the present. Marina coordinates various ADP projects, focusing on payroll implementations, training payroll specialists, and ensuring client satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution. In addition to project management, Marina has held leadership roles as Russia, CIS, and MEA payroll leader, and Payroll Group Manager, where responsibilities included partner management, sales budget planning, and operational oversight. Prior experience includes roles at General Electric as an accountant and a temporary specialist at the Ministry of Labour of the Russian Federation. Marina holds a Certified Professional Accountant degree from the Institute of Professional Accountants RF and a degree in Accounting and Audit from the State University of Management.
