Dustin DiMisa

Dustin DiMisa is an experienced leader in the residential lending industry currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Intercontinental Capital Group since March 2008. In this role, Dustin leveraged extensive industry knowledge and contacts to establish a successful FHA and Conforming lending platform while implementing strategic initiatives to enhance production under stringent risk management and quality controls. Prior to this position, Dustin held various roles at Countrywide FSLD from December 2002 to June 2005, where responsibilities included managing consumer direct and business-to-business sales, as well as conducting credit risk analysis for approximately $10 million in monthly residential loan pre-approvals, adhering to underwriting and regulatory guidelines.
