Rabi Acharya

Rabi Acharya has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several industries and organizations. Rabi is currently serving as the CEO and Managing Director at DevNext Consulting since 2018. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President and Senior Social Development Specialist at Intercontinental Consultants & Technocrats Pvt Ltd starting in 2010. Rabi also served as the Executive Director (Social & Environment) at ARKITECHNO CONSULTANTS (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED from 2017 to 2018. Rabi Acharya has also worked at prestigious organizations such as the Asian Development Bank as a Livelihood Specialist/Social Development Consultant from 2005 to 2010. Before that, they worked as a Senior Research Director at AC Nielsen ORG-MARG / ORG from 2001 to 2005. Rabi Acharya began their career as a Technical Specialist at Care India in 2000 and as a Consultant at Aga Khan Foundation in 1996. Rabi also served as a Communication Officer at UNICEF from 1993 to 1995. Rabi'searly experience includes working as a Scientist at the Wildlife Institute of India from 1986 to 1993.

Rabi Acharya completed their Master of Arts (MA) in Sociology from Jawaharlal Nehru Vishvavidyalaya in the years 1979 to 1981. Rabi then pursued an M.Phil in Sociology from the same institution from 1981 to 1986.
