Thomas Marshall III, M.Ed, is an experienced Policy Communications Strategist at the Intercultural Development Research Association, focusing on education justice and media engagement since November 2020. Previously, Thomas held various roles in recruitment and communications at institutions such as the University of Houston and Clemson University, including serving as an Education Policy Fellow, where policy changes in student engagement and digital equity were implemented during the Texas Legislative session.
