Adrian also served as the Director of Deployments - Americas from March 2017 to October 2018.

In 1995, they enrolled at Auburn University Harbert College of Business and completed a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems, General, in 1999. During their time at Auburn, they also earned a second Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, General.
After completing their undergraduate studies, Adrian pursued further education at Jacksonville State University, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management from 2003 to 2004. This degree provided him with a deeper understanding of advanced business concepts and management principles.
In order to continually enhance their skills and knowledge, Adrian also pursued various professional certifications. In 2008, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, demonstrating their expertise in project management. Following this, in 2009, they obtained the ITIL Foundation Level certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice, showcasing their understanding of IT service management. Adrian further expanded their proficiency by earning the ITIL Service Strategy (ITIL-SS) certification from the same institution in 2010.
Recently, in 2020, Adrian participated in executive education at The Wharton School, earning a Leadership and Management Certificate. Additionally, they obtained the Google Analytics Individual Certification from Google, which highlights their expertise in digital analytics.
